The Dungeoning is a difficult 2D dungeon crawler with procedurally generated levels, player leveling and perma-death.
This is a solo project, all design, programming, art and music is by Nick. Development started in 2012 to create a procedurally generated platform game in java, with a Dark Souls feel. The game has been added to since then and regular screenshots and development info has been posted throughout.
